What the service is
ProLens Assess is a structured interview that produces a written assessment of how work moves through your organisation. It is offered free of charge, with no account and no payment.
What the report is, and is not
The report is an opinion formed from what you told us in one interview. It is not professional, legal, financial or employment advice, and it is not a substitute for your own judgement about your organisation.
It describes one person's account. Someone else in the same company would produce a different report, and the assessment cannot know which is closer to the truth. Where the evidence it gathered was too thin to score a factor, the report says so rather than guessing — read those notes before acting on a figure.
Decisions you take on the basis of the report are yours. We accept no liability for them.
Your answers
You keep ownership of what you say. You grant us permission to process it in order to produce your report, as described in the privacy page. We do not publish your answers, sell them, or share them with other customers.
Please do not enter anything you are not free to share — personal data about other people, customer identities, or material under a confidentiality obligation. Skip is available on every question for exactly this reason.
Fair use
The service is rate limited to keep it available to everyone. Do not attempt to circumvent those limits, submit automated or fabricated interviews, or use the service to build a competing product.
Availability
The assessment is provided as-is and without warranty. It may be unavailable at times, and it may change or be withdrawn. Because it is free, nothing here creates an obligation to keep it running.
