Privacy

This document is a draft and has not been reviewed by a lawyer.It describes what the service actually does today, written from the code. It is published so the terms are visible rather than absent, and it will be replaced before any paid engagement.

What is collected

Your email address, so the finished report can be sent to you and so you can return to an interview you stepped away from.
Your company name, and its website if you give one. The website is optional and is used to research what is moving in your market.
Everything you say in the interview — typed or spoken — and the scores derived from it. This is the substance of the report.
Basic technical information about the session: an IP address and a browser user-agent string, used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

There is no account and no password. Nothing is connected to your repositories, ticketing systems or calendars.

Who processes it

The assessment could not run without these providers. Each sees only what its function requires.

Anthropic — the models that conduct the interview and write the report. Your answers are sent to them to be processed.
Supabase — the database holding sessions, answers and reports.
Vercel — hosting; serves the application.
Resend — sends the verification code, the resume link and the finished report.
LiveKit and Deepgram — only if you answer by voice. Audio is carried by LiveKit and transcribed by Deepgram; it is used to produce the text of your answer and is not retained by us as audio.
Umami — privacy-focused, cookieless analytics counting page views and whether the start button was pressed. It records no personal data and is loaded only when configured.

How long it is kept

Indefinitely, at present. A ninety-day retention period is configured but automatic deletion is not currently running, so sessions and reports persist until removed by hand. We would rather say that than print a deletion promise the system does not keep. Scheduled deletion is an open item.

Your report link remains valid for 90 days from the day it is issued.

Cookies

One signed cookie identifies your interview session, so that closing the tab does not lose your answers. It carries no advertising or tracking function. The analytics above are cookieless.

Asking for your data, or its deletion

Write to [CONTACT EMAIL] and say which session you mean — the report code at the foot of your report is enough to find it. Deletion on request is supported today.
